You must be 18 years of age or older to use WonaChat. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Account responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials secure. Do not share your account with others.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Posting or streaming nudity, sexual content, or graphic violence.
• Harassing, threatening, or impersonating other users.
• Distributing spam, malware, or unsolicited advertising.
• Attempting to circumvent our moderation systems.
• Using the platform for any illegal activity.
• Accessing or registering if you are under 18.

4. Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By using WonaChat, you grant us a limited licence to process and transmit your content to deliver the service. We do not store video call recordings.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. Severe violations may be reported to law enforcement.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Premium subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Disclaimer

WonaChat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the content of conversations between users.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WonaChat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WonaChat is incorporated.
