WonaChat invests heavily in trust and safety infrastructure. Here is how we protect our users and what we expect from the community.
Automated detection runs on every session in real time, flagging violations before they escalate.
Trained moderators review all reports and take action within 24 hours, seven days a week.
All video is encrypted via WebRTC DTLS-SRTP. Sessions are never recorded or stored.
Repeated violations result in permanent bans. Severe violations are reported to law enforcement.
WonaChat is strictly 18+. Age signals are checked during registration and monitored continuously.
Report any user from inside a chat session. Every report is logged and reviewed, no exceptions.
Community Guidelines
Explicit content of any kind is prohibited. This includes partial nudity with sexual intent.
Targeting users based on gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic will result in immediate suspension.
You must be 18 or older. Any sexualisation of minors results in a permanent ban and is reported to the relevant authorities.
Bots, repetitive advertising, and unsolicited links are not permitted.
Do not use WonaChat to facilitate any illegal activity, including drug distribution or non-consensual recording.
Basic dignity is expected in every conversation. Persistent rudeness or intimidation is a violation.
