• Account data: username, email address, hashed password, and optional profile bio.
• Usage data: session metadata (timestamps, countries), device type, browser, and IP address.
• Communications: text messages sent during chat sessions are not stored permanently. We do not record video calls.
• Payments: billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never store card details.

2. How we use your data

• To provide and improve the platform.
• To match you with other users via our signaling system.
• To enforce our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
• To send transactional emails (account verification, billing receipts).

3. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers (hosting, payment processing, email delivery) under strict data processing agreements, and with law enforcement when legally required.

4. Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@wonachat.com. Deleted accounts are purged from our systems within 30 days.
